The mission of the Training & Technical Assistance (TTA) program for the Children's System of Care is to support learning the requisite knowledge and skills to provide services and support the unique needs and strengths of families and children with complex needs. The training and technical assistance effort draws on a commitment to competency-based curriculum design, training based on principles of adult learning and skill development, and development of local expertise and training capacity.
