Public Participation

  • All DRBC meetings, including business and advisory committee meetings, as well as public hearings, are open to the public.

  • Public participation is welcome in DRBC regulatory processes, e.g. proposed rulemakings and project review, by submitting written comments or providing oral comments at public hearings.

  • All Commission decisions are made at public meetings.

DRBC Commission Meetings

Regular public hearings are held quarterly on policy matters and water resource projects under regulatory review. The Commission also holds quarterly business meetings, typically held one month after the public hearing.
