*In January 2022, the Borough of Pine Valley (Camden County) merged with the adjacent Borough of Pine Hill, creating one Borough of Pine Hill. Due to data age, separate reports and map books for Pine Valley and Pine Hill were completed and are included in this folder. These reports and ancillary information should be considered together for Pine Hill planning moving forward.
