At least annually, by September 1 of each year, each subdivision is required to report to the state a report detailing for the preceding state fiscal year. No later than October 1, the state will publish these subdivision reports here.

Additionally, by October 1 the state is required to post its annual spending report on how the Council is spending the state's share of the funds
