Direct Cost Settle-Up Reviews

Consultants may be classified as either exempt or non-exempt. Detailed information is available on the Consultant Classification and Requirements link.

The direct cost submission package should include a Direct Cost Settle-Up Submission containing the Consultant Agreement Modification (CAM) detail and Contract Summary detail. Consultants are required to submit both tabs of the submission spreadsheet. An Excel and signed PDF version should be included in the submission package. The complete submission package should be emailed to within six (6) months of the consultant's fiscal year-end. Failure to submit timely may result in the consultant being placed in non-compliance status and no new contracts or CAMs will be awarded to the firm.
