(a)	Turning movements for the certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 21 described in this subsection are hereby regulated as follows:
1.	In Essex County:
	i. In the City of Newark:
(1)	No right turns for vehicles over four tons registered gross vehicle weight (including buses):
	(A) From Route NJ 21 southbound onto Market Street westbound (approximate milepost 2.21).
(2)	No left turns:
	(A) From Route NJ 21 northbound onto Rector Street westbound (approximate milepost 2.73).
	(B) From Route NJ 21 northbound onto Bridge Street westbound (approximate milepost 2.98).
	(C) From Route NJ 21 southbound onto Bridge Street eastbound (approximate milepost 2.98).
