New Jersey is in the process of its first disparity study of the State’s contract awards in 20 years. The study will review awards for construction, goods, and services, over a five-year period to examine the share of State dollars spent with minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses. The Office of Diversity and Inclusion in the Department of the Treasury is overseeing the effort, conducted by Mason Tillman Associates, Ltd.
