Questions will be accepted up to question cut-off date noted in the technical proposal.

TP-114 Oral Presentation
Question 1: As the presentation duration has been extended to 60 minutes, would the department consider increasing the number of presenters to 6?
Answer 1: Yes, a maximum of 6 presenters will be allowed.
Update 1: In addition to the one (1) hour presentation, there will now be an optional 5 minute Question & Answer period after each presentation. This is for the TEC to ask any potential clarification questions to the firms. If there are no questions by the TEC after a presentation, there will be no need to have the 5 minute Q&A.
Update 2: We want to make it clear that NO CELL PHONES are allowed out during the presentations. Everyone, consultants and NJDOT staff, must have their phones off or on vibrate and put away. We want a distraction free environment for each oral presentation.
