Question 1: What is the definition of Job Order Contracting (JOC) in the title of this Solicitation? Is it the same as a Term Agreement?
Answer 1: Job Order Contracting (JOC)is the title of the construction contract. Please refer to the Solicitation 033 under Project Description on page 2 “Maintenance Construction Inspection for a 1-yr Term Agreement with the possibility of two 1-yr term extension for various 100% Federal Funded JOC Bridge Repairs”
Question 2: For the NICET III Inspectors (Positions 1 and 4): How many years for Road/Bridge experience needs to be shown and how many years Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat experience needs to be shown?
Answer 2: Please refer to technical proposal evaluation criteria on page 1&2 of 8 for Road/Bridge experience. Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat experience is required. There is no requirement to show years of experience.
Question 3: For all other Inspectors (Positions 2, 3, 5 and 6): How many years for Road/Bridge experience needs to be shown?
