Question: For the Goods Movement an Transportation Planning Team Leaders, will you accept someone with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) License instead of a Professional License in Transportation Planning, Civil Engineering, or City and Regional Planning?
Answer:Yes.
Question: Will a PE be accepted in lieu of a NICET II?
Answer: No.
Question: Are NJ Colleges and Universities (i.e.: Rutgers, TCNJ, NJIT) required to be Cost Basis Approved to serve as subconsultants on this term agreement?
Answer: Yes.
