Question 1: The RFP indicates that Project Display Materials for this solicitation are available electronically but no materials are posted on either the NJDOT website or on Bid Express at the time of this email. Will Project Display Materials be made available at a later date or was this box checked inadvertently?
Answer 1: The box was checked inadvertently.
Question 2: Part 3, Section 6 of the Evaluation Criteria states the following:
INSTRUCTIONS: List below years of experience for the proposed Project Manager for projects of similar size and complexity as described above up to a maximum of 5 years. Years of Project Manager (refer to page 1 of instructions for definition) experience indicated below must be in addition to years of experience claimed in Section 1A. Enclose a highlighted resume describing experience.
In reference to this instruction, are we only allowed to place a maximum number of 5 years in the box provided below, or shall we indicate the Project Manager’s total number of years of experience in such a role for our firm?
Answer 2: Enter the number of years of experience the Project Manager has on projects of similar size and complexity up to the maximum number of years indicated (5 years). The PM’s experience does not need to be experience attained with the firm for which he or she is currently employed.
