Question 1: One of the requirements listed for each of the NICET II Road Inspectors on this Pavement Preservation contract is an ACI Certification. Is this correct?
Answer 1: Yes.
Question 2: Is it acceptable that the prime shows the two rated inspectors from the prime and simply list SBE for if and when required?
Answer 2: Yes.
Question 3: One of the requirements states PE w 3yr experience as RE on a road/Bridge Const Project – does the PE have to be a NJ PE or another state will satisfy this requirement.
Answer 3: The PE does not have to be a NJ PE, another state will satisfy this requirement.
