Starting today, July 2, Stage III of the consumption area endorsement process is officially underway--opening the door for all remaining Class 5 Retail license holders to apply.

Consumption areas are an important part of New Jersey's equitable access approach to legalization. They will provide safe spaces for adults who cannot (such as those in public housing or other kinds of rentals) or who prefer not to consume at home to do so responsibly and socially.

No matter where you consume, remember buying legal is the first step in staying safe.
