DRBC Annual Monitoring & Coordination Fee
DRBC now offers an electronic process for submitting applications for new projects and renewals of previously approved projects under Sections 3.8 and 10.3 and Article 11 of the DRB Compact, or for inclusion of a project in the Commission's Comprehensive Plan.

Steps for Completing DRBC's Electronic Application Submission Process
- Download and complete the appropriate application form from among the hyperlinks above.
- Assemble the completed application form and attachments in one or more files.
- Go to applications.drbc.net and select "Create Account" to create a new account. Once you have established an account, return to applications.drbc.net and "Sign in" to your account.
- After you have signed in, upload the completed application and accompanying materials. You may add or remove files from your account as necessary. DRBC staff will be automatically notified that your materials have been submitted.
- Payment of the Application Fee is required by a check payable to "Delaware River Basin Commission". Please follow the payment instructions on the Application Fee Form. The completed fee form and payment should be mailed together to:
