On January 17, 2014, Assembly Bill A3321 was signed into law as P.L. 2013, c. 259 ("the Act"). The Act amends several provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, N.J.S.A. 52:14B-1 et seq., (APA) to "require State agencies to use various electronic technologies in rule-making procedures." The Department of Human Services has revised its website accordingly. On the navigation bar on the left you will find new links as required by the Act.
