On Tuesday, September 15, 2026, the New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund Authority (the "Authority") intends to sell the above-referenced bonds (the "2026 Series AA Bonds"), subject to market conditions. The sale will be led by the bookrunning senior manager Wells Fargo Securities. Interest rates on the 2026 Series AA Bonds will be set at the time of the sale.
