An applicant may submit an application for an HDC Allocation at any time. There is no cost to submit an application for an HDC Allocation, and there is no obligation to proceed with the purchase program once an Allocation is received.

Applications for purchase are not currently being accepted.
Property owners interested in the HDC Purchase Program should complete and submit this application form. Where an HDC Allocation exists for the property, no additional form is required. Where no HDC Allocation exists, submission of an HDC Allocation Application must be submitted in addition to this application.
