High Bridge Borough in Hunterdon County has been working with the Highlands Council to help implement the Highlands Regional Master Plan (RMP) at the local level since 2011. Although High Bridge Borough is located entirely within the Planning Area of the Highlands region, where conformance with the RMP is not required, the borough benefits from the planning grants and expertise available through the Council.
