Wanaque Borough is located in Passaic County. The borough initiated work toward conformance with the Highlands Regional Master Plan (RMP) in 2012, submitting all the required documentation, which was deemed administratively completed by Council staff. Although Wanaque Borough is not currently working with the Council, the borough remains eligible for grant funding and technical support from the Highlands Council.
