Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services

In accordance with P.L. 2023, c. 264 , the Division is publishing public information on the ancestry of ownership of New Jersey-certified businesses. Note that the only data collection category for certified businesses that falls within the parameters set by the law is Asian American.

The data reflects a 6.26.2025 snapshot of fields as entered by the listed businesses. The Division may update the snapshot periodically.
