Continuing Care Retirement Communities
The Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) Program implements the Continuing Care Retirement Community Regulation and Financial Disclosure Act. The law requires those who own or run a CCRC to register with the Dept. of Community Affairs and prepare a Disclosure Statement describing the services, financial stability, fees and other contract terms.
