Local (Regional) Code Enforcement Offices
The Regional Code Enforcement offices provide for the administration and enforcement of the State Uniform Construction Code in those municipalities (listed below) having requested the Dept. of Community Affairs (DCA) to do so. Services provided include receiving and providing guidance on Construction Permit applications, review of construction plans, issuance of Construction Permits, performing required inspections, and issuing Certificates and Orders, were necessary. Construction Code Enforcement services are provided through our Northern and Southern Regional Offices.
Please note, only PAPER drawings/documents are reviewed at this time by the Northern & Southern Regional Offices.
