Public Comment Period Open for Action Plan Amendment #46
The New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) is soliciting public comments on the State’s proposal to transfer $4.8 million in Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds to the Resilient NJ Program.
The public comment period for Action Plan Amendment #46 is from July 29, 2022 to 5 p.m. EST on August 30, 2022.
Commenters are able to submit comments to this proposed amendment (i) via email to DisasterRecoveryandMitigation@dca.nj.gov (Subject: APA 46); or (ii) via U.S. mail to the attention of Lisa Ryan, Division of Disaster Recovery and Mitigation, NJ Department of Community Affairs, 101 South Broad Street, P.O. Box 823, Trenton, NJ 08625-0823.
All comments must be received on or before the deadline to be considered.
