Sandy Program Milestones
The State of New Jersey has launched a host of housing recovery programs along with supporting infrastructure in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy. All of these programs are operational and making significant progress, but given their scope and scale will require a multi-year period to fulfill their goals. This Transparency page contains information on program milestones and quarterly goals for the following CDBG-DR programs:
- Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, Elevation, and Mitigation (RREM) Program
- Low-to-Moderate Income Homeowners Rebuilding (LMI) Program
- Fund for Restoration of Multifamily Housing (FRM) Program
- Sandy Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) Program

Program Quarterly Goals
This Transparency page contains information on the State of New Jersey’s forecasted targets for the distribution of CDBG-DR assistance. The forecast may be amended to reflect progress made in the referenced programs. The forecast takes into consideration the approval received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to extend expenditures into 2019.
