Sandy Recovery Programs Dashboard
The purpose of this dashboard page is to provide data on the approximately $4.2 billion in federal Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funding awarded to the State of New Jersey to assist in its recovery from Superstorm Sandy. CDBG-DR funds are intended to address unmet needs not satisfied by private insurance, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), or other sources. Using CDBG-DR funds, the State is administering various programs to help homeowners, renters, businesses, and communities impacted by Sandy.
The information on this web page shows the amount of CDBG-DR funds allocated and disbursed by program and in total. There is also a chart that shows CDBG-DR program highlights to illustrate Sandy recovery progress.
