National Housing Trust Fund Announcement

Due to DCA’s anticipated full allocation of National Housing Trust Fund funding by January 2026, as of September 23, 2025, application submissions for the National Housing Trust Fund program will be limited to a maximum award of $1,000,000 per project. All other current program and project requirements still apply.

Any application that is in process but was not submitted by September 23, 2025, will be subject to the new maximum award limit. If the Housing Production Unit received a submitted application prior to September 23, 2025, it will be reviewed with the current request.
