Public Notice on the Draft Annual Action plan FY 2026

The State has developed its Draft Federal Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Action Plan based on its annual allocations for the Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Solutions. HOME Investment Partnership, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS and National Housing Trust Fund programs.  The 30-day public comment period on the draft plan commences on July 6, 2026, and ends on August 7, 2026.

Any comments regarding the Draft Annual Action Plan (located here) can be presented at a HYBRID hearing scheduled for Thursday July 30, 2026, at 11:30 AM or can be e-mailed to Sheri.Malnak@dca.nj.gov until August 7, 2026.

Hearing information:
An in-person hearing is scheduled for July 30, 2026, at 11:30 AM at the NJ Department of Community Affairs’ building located at 101 S. Broad Street, Trenton, NJ in conference room 129.
