Recovery Housing Program QPR Annual Performance Report

The State of New Jersey is seeking input on the Recovery Housing Program Annual Performance Reports which cover the performance periods:
- October 1, 2020-September 30, 2021
- October 1, 2021-September 30, 2022
- October 1, 2022-September 30, 2023
- October 1, 2023-September 30, 2024
The reports outline the program progress in providing stable, transitional housing for individuals in recovery from a substance use disorder (SUD). Click below for the detailed report.
Recovery Housing Program QPR Annual Performance Report
The 15-day public comment period on the annual performance reports starts on September 23, 2025, and ends on October 10, 2025. Any comments regarding the RHP annual reports can be presented at a HYBRID hearing scheduled for Monday, September 29th at 2 PM or can be e-mailed to Meghan Hudson at Meghan.Hudson@dca.nj.gov by October 10, 2025.
Hearing information:
An in-person hearing is scheduled for September 29th at 2 PM at the NJ Department of Community Affairs’ building located at 101 S. Broad Street, Trenton, NJ in conference room 129.
