Housing Production

Funding under the New Jersey Healthy Homes program (NJHHI) is almost fully committed. Approximately $5.7M remains in the fund. The program is working to ensure geographic diversity in the development of NJHHI units. Due to this, the program will only accept applications located in the following areas:

  • Atlantic County
  • Camden County
  • Cape May County
  • Cumberland County
  • Gloucester County
  • Monmouth County
  • Ocean County
  • Salem County
  • Sussex County
  • Warren County

Applications will be accepted first come first served until all the funds are committed. Projects must be financially feasible and have a strong likelihood that the project will proceed into construction within the next 12 months.


As of September 28, 2026, the FY2027 AHTF application is open for application.
