All Housing Production Unit (HPU) open program applications (NHTF; HOME; NJHHI) are currently down in SAGE as the programs transition from State Fiscal Year 2026 to State Fiscal Year 2027. The RFPs will be open again under FY2027 in a few weeks. Thank you.
This office assists in the development of affordable housing units for income-eligible families.
