2025 Small Cities CDBG Application Meeting on November 4, 2024

The GRANT APPLICATION for the 2025 New Jersey Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program (Small Cities CDBG Program) will be available on October 29th, 2024, in the DCA System for Administering Grants Electronically (SAGE). Please go to the list of eligible municipalities and counties, listed in the Small Cities 2025 Final Plan located on the DCA Website at http://www.nj.gov/dca/dhcr/offices/cdbg.shtml before inquiring.
The Small Cities CDBG Application Meeting will be conducted on November 4th, 2024 at 10:30 AM, via Microsoft Teams. Please click the link below to join the Application Meeting:

Workshop attendance is mandatory to be considered for funding, so please make sure to forward this announcement to your Community Development Officer or grants management staff to ensure they attend.
APPLICATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING FUNDS MAY BE SUBMITTED TO DCA BETWEEN OCTOBER 29 th, 2024 and DECEMBER 18th, 2024:
- Public Facilities Fund
- Housing Rehabilitation Fund
- Innovative Development Fund
Applications for Emergency Housing Repairs are accepted throughout the program year.
