Due to residual coastal flooding, elevated water levels, and the timing of the next high tide, water recession is expected to be delayed. The Governor has therefore directed all State offices to have a delayed opening time of 11 AM on Monday, September 28th.

Employees who were previously scheduled to telework will continue to do so at their regular start time. Employees designated as Weather Essential will report for their regular shift, or continue to work their regular shift if they are already on duty, and follow any specific reporting instructions. In addition, please comply with any orders and guidance from your local emergency management and government officials.
