The George Morgan House was constructed c. 1736 and is reportedly the oldest building in the township and the only one open to the public. The site, promoted as the Olde Stone House Village, includes four additional historic buildings (Turnersville Post Office 1864, Bunker Hill Church 1869, Quay farmhouse 1825, and the Blackwood Train Station 1869), moved to the site in order to save them from demolition.

The 2019 Trust grant helped fund the repair and stabilization of first floor framing as well as repairs to window wells to stop water infiltration and repairs to wood trim.

The 2018 Trust grant helped fund the preparation of a heritage tourism assessment for the George Morgan Stone House and the Old Stone House Village.

The 2017 Trust grant helped fund the preparation of a National Register nomination and the preparation of a condition assessment of the George Morgan House.
