Grace Van Vorst Church Rectory is a four-story brownstone designed in the English Gothic style by Danish-born architect, Detlef Lienau. The rectory was constructed in the 1870s and the church dates back to 1853. The brownstone exterior has been maintained and the rectory interior has been carefully restored.  

The Trust grant helped fund the removal of the damaged, non-historic porch/entryway, upgrades to the entryway to the basement (which is located directly under the above porch/entryway), and management of storm water away from both of these public access points.
