31 Old Turnpike Road, also known as the Community House and the Tewksbury Library, was built c. 1806 as a private academy. It was enlarged and remodeled extensively over the course of the 19th century but remains a key contributing resource to the Oldwick Historic District. It was a public school from 1870 until 1951 when the Oldwick Community Center took over the property. The library was added in 1968 and it continues to be used for this purpose. 

The 2025 Trust grant will help fund structural upgrades at the first-floor framing and roof as well as roof drainage improvements and interior restoration.
