Built in 1923 as a vernacular Arts & Crafts style community center, the Crosswicks Community House has served as a primary meeting space for nearly 90 years. The upper auditorium and stage have been used for movies, recitals, plays, and musical performances. While the main elevation was altered in the 1960s, the building has retained much of its original historic fabric, particularly on the interior.

The Trust grant helped fund a preservation plan that will guide future repair and restoration.
