The Botto House is a National Historic Landmark notable as the meeting place for workers during the Paterson Silk Strike of 1913. Constructed for silk mill workers Pietro and Maria Botto in 1908, the house served as a meeting place for striking mill workers for nearly six months. The American Labor Museum has occupied the Pietro and Maria Botto House since 1983.

The first Trust grant helped correct mold infiltration and damage in a basement office.  A later grant helped fund the installation of a wireless security system. The most recent grant helped fund wood and plaster repairs, installation of egress signs, and restoration of some garden structures.
