The Ramsayburg Homestead is a late 18th century Georgian style wood-frame structure, significant for its association with the timber rafting trade. The house was used as a tavern for rafters traveling on the Delaware River. The property was acquired in 2002 using Green Acres funding to remove it from threat of private demolition. The municipality intends to restore the house as a local history museum and as the home of Riverfest, a local arts program.

The 2019 Trust grant helped fund the interior and exterior restoration of the Tavern Building including ADA access to the first floor as well as interior and exterior restoration of the Cottage Building including ADA restrooms. The proposed project also includes funding for site utilities. The 2010 capital grant is helping fund ongoing exterior restoration of the house and outbuildings and construction of an accessible ramp at the house. The 2009 Trust grant helped fund the preparation of a strategic plan to identify potential partners in the community and explore potential interpretive themes. The 2004 grant helped fund the preparation of a historic structures report that is guiding the preservation, restoration and adaptive reuse of the site.
