The Van Bunschooten House was built c.1792 when Elias Van Bunschooten moved to Sussex County to serve as the pastor of the local Dutch church. The house's ancillary agricultural buildings date from the 19th century and are operated as a working farm.
The Trust grant helped fund the development of a Historic Structure Report that addresses both structural and site issues such as interpretation, visitor access, vehicle parking, and accessibility.
