Grant Award: $37,322 (2008) Grant Recipient: Passaic River Coalition County: MorrisMunicipality: Morristown
Willow Hall is a contributing element in the Speedwell Village Historic District Extension, part of the seven and one-half acres of property which includes the Village, farms, ironworks and residences. Willow Hall was threatened with demolition for development when it was saved by the Passaic River Coalition and Morris County. The house is currently vacant.
The Trust grant helped fund a conditions assessment report for the building and plans for converting the house into an office for the Coalition.
