  3. Township of Greenwich, Cumberland County, $5,000.25 for preservation plan for 1811 building which has been used as a school, militia training headquarters and town hall
  4. The Montclair Historical Society, Montclair, Essex County, $48,071 for marketing and development plans to support preservation work on for three historic properties
