P–3 Educator Exemplars and Early Learning Experts Video Library
Learning from the practices of others is a powerful way to improve teaching. This video library of exemplary teaching models and advice from early learning experts is a professional development tool. The library is comprised of:
- Brief videos from early learning researchers and experts in early education.
- Curated videos showing concrete examples of high-quality teaching and learning practices modeled by P–3 teachers across New Jersey. These videos depict a range of practices that promote a shared understanding of instructional quality.
- Exemplar videos align with the best practices included in the Preschool, Kindergarten, and First through Third Implementation Guidelines.
Topics include literacy, mathematics, developmentally appropriate practices, and more. To help facilitate sustained conversations, share unique perspectives, and ask challenging questions, please consider utilizing this suggested discussion protocol.
