On January 1, 2026, based on an FY26 DSP wage increase, the Division increased reimbursement rates for the following Community Care Program and Supports Program services: 

• Career Planning
• Community Based Supports
• Community Inclusion Services 
• Day Habilitation
• Individual Supports
• Prevocational Training
• Respite
• Supported Employment

Reporting Requirement

Providers approved by DDD and Medicaid to provide any of the DDD-funded services above, as of July 1, 2025, are required to submit a report to DDD showing they used the extra funding to increase the base wage of every Direct Support Professional (DSP) and DSP supervisor. 

How and When to Submit

• Use the FY26 DSP Wage Report Template.xlsx.
• Follow the FY26 DSP Wage Reporting Instructions.pdf.
• Look at the FY26 DSP Wage Report Example.xlsx for guidance.
• Submit completed report to DDD.DSPWageReports@dhs.nj.gov no later than December 11, 2026.
