The NJMHAPP MH FFS programs pays provider agencies under contract with the DMHAS to deliver community-based mental health services on a fee-for-service basis.
The DMHAS operates a SUD FFS initiatives Network of licensed SUD provider agencies contracted to provide SUD treatment through Fee-for-Service reimbursement in various funding initiatives.
The Department of Human Services, Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services (DMAHS) applied to renew the New Jersey FamilyCare Comprehensive Demonstration in 2022. This renewal was approved in 2023.
A CCBHC is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center. CCBHC’s provide a comprehensive array of services needed to create access, provide the necessary treatment, and improve outcomes for those with mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
Under the data reporting requirements contained in NJAC 10:37-6.84, all provider agencies under Mental Health FFS and/or cost based contract with DMHAS are obligated to submit certain data elements to DMHAS via the Unified Services Transaction Form (USTF). More information
The QCMR database is a contractual obligation required for all provider agencies receiving funding from DMHAS. The QCMR collects cumulative, program-specific data via a web-based portal. More information
