Overview: The Purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit Quotes for a Consultant to serve an intermediary partner in supporting the design, development, and implementation of workforce programs and services in New Jersey. The Consultant will work directly with NJDOL’s WIOA Program Oversight and Development (WIOAPOD) team, as well as New Jersey’s 17 Local Workforce Development Boards (LWDBs) to support the implementation of high-quality programming and services in New Jersey’s network of 23 One Stop Career Centers. This consultant will work with and support WIOAPOD to develop and implement strategies and tools related to (1) monitoring, (2) technical assistance, (3) policy and guidance, and (4) training.
