The Department of the Treasury, Division of Administration appreciates the time and effort you have taken to report the misuse of a State Government vehicle.
Complaints can be filed either by utilizing the State Vehicle Abuse Hotline at 800-992-2761 or by completing the State Vehicle Abuse Complaint Form which can be found below. Complaints can be filed anonymously, but be assured that all complaints we receive are investigated.
When filing a complaint please provide as much information as possible including the license plate number of the State Government vehicle, description of the complaint, description of the vehicle and time and place of the incident. It is most important that you provide the correct license plate number of the State Government vehicle, without the correct license plate number no investigation can take place.
