Division of Property Management and Construction
The State of New Jersey, Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction, seeks to lease real estate in the northern, central and southern regions.
There may be times when there are no current advertised requests for space in a particular region. The DPMC, however, maintains a database of properties submitted to the State for consideration. Please check the DPMC Questions and Answers for general information, or simply complete a Property Profile form and send it to the Office of Property & Lease Negotiations to have your property be considered for future space needs.
Notice to All Vendors
Effective immediately, the State of New Jersey has transitioned to an electronic bidding process. All Requests for Proposals (RFPs) will now be issued exclusively through NJSTART.
Vendors interested in participating in bidding opportunities must be registered in NJSTART in order to receive RFPs and submit proposals.
