I lost my MCP ID card. How do I get a replacement?
MCP patients may now get a digital ID at no cost.
If you would prefer to get a physical ID the $10 fee must be made in the portal. Payments cannot be made on the phone with Patient Services. If you are unable to make the request in the portal, please call Patient Services at 609-292-0424.
If you need a replacement due to an error we made when we issued your card, you will need to speak with a patient services representative to process the replacement without charge.
What is my MCP account status?
MCP patients may check their status in the portal to see if their application is being processed or under review, if we are awaiting your payment, or if your card has been printed and in the mail.
Can I purchase from the medicinal cannabis menu if I don’t have my MCP identification card with me?
You must have your physical patient ID card or a digital version on your phone to purchase from the medicinal cannabis menu.
How do I verify that my employee is a patient enrolled in the Medicinal Cannabis Program?
We take patient privacy seriously and do not share enrollment information without patients’ expressed consent in writing. For patient information to be shared with a third party, patients must complete a Release of Records Form in the patient portal.
I do not have access to a computer and not particularly computer savvy. How can I register?
Participation in the Medicinal Cannabis Program (MCP) requires online registration. Our patient services representatives are happy to walk you through the process if you need assistance setting up or accessing your account. You may also ask your participating health care provider for help.
Can my registration be expedited?
Most registrations cannot be expedited. Exception to the regular registration process is reserved only for patients diagnosed with terminal cancer or who are otherwise terminally ill with a prognosis of less than 12 months to live as indicated in their recommendation by their health care provider.
I’m getting a message to disable my cookies while I am trying to make a payment. What do I do?
Your device may not be compatible with our website. We recommend you try registering using a different device to make a payment.
I applied to work at a dispensary and the manager told me to contact customer service to find out when I will receive my identification badge. How do I find out my status?
We cannot provide any information on employee identification badges. Employment enquiries must be directed to the company or dispensary manager. They may contact their assigned compliance officer for employment status.
Can a patient services representative edit my authorization?
No. Only your participating health care provider can make any change to your authorization.
