Signed into law by Governor Murphy on June 30, 2025, P.L.2025, c.72 reflects the transition from traditional print newspapers to online platforms by updating legal notice publication requirements. Pursuant to P.L.2025, c.72, all Legal Notices for the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission shall be posted below.

In accordance with the Senator Byron M. Baer Open Public Meetings Act, this notice is to advise that the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (“NJ-CRC”) will hold a special public meeting of its Board on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 12 p.m., via remote technology. The meeting will be held virtually over Zoom, and the public will be able to watch the meeting at a link on the NJ-CRC website at nj.gov/cannabis/meetings. 

Formal action may be taken by the Board at this meeting, including decisions on cannabis business license applications.
