Legal Notice Requirement

Signed into law by Governor Murphy on June 30, 2025, P.L.2025, c.72 reflects the transition from traditional print newspapers to online platforms by updating legal notice publication requirements. Pursuant to P.L.2025, c.72, all Legal Notices for the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission shall be posted below.

June 4, 2026

In accordance with the Senator Byron M. Baer Open Public Meetings Act, this notice is to advise that the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (“NJ-CRC”) will hold a special public meeting of its Board on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 11 a.m., via remote technology. 

In addition, the NJ-CRC will hold a public meeting of its Board of July 16, 2026, at 11 a.m., via remote technology. This reflects a rescheduling of the July 9, 2026, meeting. Both meetings will be held virtually over Zoom, and the public will be able to watch the meetings at a link on the NJ-CRC website at nj.gov/cannabis/meetings. 

Formal action may be taken by the Board at these meetings, including decisions on cannabis business license applications.
