FFY 2024 Recovery Housing Program QPR Annual Performance Report

The Recovery Housing Program (RHP) authorizes funds to provide stable, temporary housing to individuals in recovery from a substance use disorder (SUD).
The State of New Jersey is seeking input on the FFY 2024 Recovery Housing Program Annual Performance Report which covers the performance period:
- October 1, 2024 - September 30, 2025

FFY 2024 Recovery Housing Program QPR Annual Performance Report
The 15-day public comment period on the annual performance reports starts on October 14, 2025 through October 29, 2025. Residents and stakeholders are encouraged to submit written comments by October 29, 2025 to Meghan Hudson at Meghan.Hudson@dca.nj.gov or present comments at a hybrid public hearing scheduled for October 28th, 2025 at 10am.
Hearing information: An in-person hearing is scheduled for October 28th, 2025 at 10am at the NJ Department of Community Affairs’ building located at 101 S. Broad Street, Trenton, NJ in conference room 129.
