2025 Graduation Data Update Now Available in NJSLEDS Reports

The 2025 graduation data, including all approved graduation appeals, have been finalized and deployed to the NJSLEDS production environment.

The following reports have been updated to reflect the finalized 2025 outcomes:

  • Graduation Student-Level Report
  • Graduation Cohort Profile Report

The Cohort 2025 Official 4-year, Cohort 2024 Official 5-year, and Cohort 2023 Official 6-year graduation results will be used for reporting in the 2024–2025 School Performance Reports.

If you previously reviewed graduation-related reports, please refresh or rerun them to ensure you are viewing the most current data. No additional action is required at this time.

Executive County Superintendents: Please share this update with district superintendents in your county so they are aware that the finalized graduation data are now available.

Sending Sensitive Information to the Help Desk

  • To protect student and staff privacy, do not send personally identifiable information (PII) or data through regular email (examples include student names, SIDs, dates of birth, or staff identifiers).

    NJSLEDS Help Desk Web Form

    Use the secure web form inside NJSLEDS:

    1. Log into the NJSLEDS system via myNJ.
    2. On the Home screen, click the “Contact Help Desk” button.
    3. Complete the web form and upload any necessary files.
    4. Choose the correct categories (for example: ID Case Management → Merge Request → Student Management).

    This is the only method for submitting SID/SMID change, merge, or delete requests. These requests will not be processed if sent outside of the system.
